DESCRIPTION

Developed and co-designed a web site for Scottish photographer Colin Dunsmuir. Opting for a slightly daring yet minimalist approach, the site always impresses but never over imposes, allowing the quality of the photography to speak for itself. Easy and natural navigation is the key, making Colin's impressive portfolio quickly accessible.

Flash MX was the core development application, helping to craft a dynamic and attractive interactive experience.

The project required client/server communication, allowing visitors to email Colin from the site, and to also allow Colin to send personal HTML invites to clients via a password protected administration section. PHP was the preferred development language for the CGI scripts needed.

A combination of HTML, CSS and JavaScript was used for the web site's front page, and for the development of the personal invites.
